Adcomm MDU is actively seeking an Events & Media Coordinator to join our team in Miami, FL. The Events & Media Coordinator will be responsible for organizing and coordinating all company events, tradeshows, cooperative submissions, and managing all social media postings. This role requires a dynamic individual with a strong background in event management, marketing, and communications. Responsibilities : Organize, plan, and coordinate trade shows and corporate events. Manage and maintain events travel scheduling. Manage monthly events calendar. Work with the graphics department to create print ads, flyers, brochures, and marketing materials for trade shows and events. Manage databases and create leads for the sales department through events, promotions, and digital marketing efforts. Submit invoices, proposals, and receipts for all events to accounting. Manage COOP marketing funds and submit for approvals. Collaborate with the sales team to develop property or group events and promote new customer activations. Create spreadsheets, follow-up emails, letters, proofread ad copy, and presentations. Travel to and attend trade shows, conferences, and events to promote the company. Manage booth staff as needed. Attend department meetings as required. Manage and maintain the annual marketing budget. Collaborate with vendors and partners to create marketing campaigns. Travel to visit clients and prospects and attend meetings and presentations as required. Learn about the company's products and services and be able to speak knowledgeably about them. Meet your goals, commit to excellence, and help foster a team atmosphere of collaboration. Be professional at all times and abide by company policies and procedures. Promote company social awareness campaigns and support AdcommCares initiatives. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop social marketing campaigns. Manage the social media calendar. Keep all databases up to date. Deliver results and metrics for all digital marketing campaigns. Monitor social media channels and deliver results and metrics for all channels. Proofread all digital content before release. Proofread all press releases for errors in grammar or content. Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Public Relations, Event Management, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years in promotional or event coordination roles. Prior experience in social media management and content creation. Excellent writing skills for diverse communication channels. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Experience with email marketing platforms like MailChimp or Constant Contact. Familiarity with Meta for Business.
