Job Summary Assist in the administration and coordination of the organization’s fleet of motor vehicles. Maintain accurate records of vehicles. Being a Fleet Coordinator ensures compliance with government rules and regulations and files paperwork in support of this compliance as needed.Work Sunday through Friday 12am – 8 am or later as required (1am to 9am during training period) Position Responsibilities Check drivers in as they arrive to start their shifts and coordinate drivers with their assigned equipment Check driver’s start times in Asure Time and Attendance Make sure DOT files are up to date Monitor previous days routes, fleet management systems and maintain End of Month mileage Answer all incoming calls between the hours of 12am-8am Check vehicles for cleanliness and review events on Lytx camera If holding a CDL Fill in for routes, do local pickups, and transport trailers if needed Qualifications Ideally to have an active CDL Knowledge of trucking and scheduling Knowledge of the business Ability to work early hours Good problem solving skills Valley Cooperative Association is an equal opportunity employer.
