Job Overview:Join our dynamic team at IFab Corp. as a Quality Assurance Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the highest standards of quality in our metal fabrication processes. We seek a detail-oriented, experienced professional to oversee our quality assurance program, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and excellence in all our products.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.- Oversee the inspection of incoming materials, ensuring they meet required standards.- Manage and conduct regular quality audits and process evaluations.- Led a team of quality control inspectors, providing training and guidance.- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to address quality issues.- Ensure compliance with industry standards and maintain necessary certifications.- Manage supplier quality and address customer quality concerns.- Prepare and present quality reports to upper management.Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.- Minimum of 5 years experience in quality assurance in metal fabrication.- Strong knowledge of industry standards and quality control methodologies.- Excellent leadership and team management skills.- Proficient in data analysis and quality reporting.- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.Powered by JazzHR
