Masters of Science in Nursing - Family Nurse Practitioner. Active unencumbered state NP license. Current driver's license and auto liability coverage. Detailed assessment skills as part of this role require recertification for Hospice patients. Interest in a community-based role that requires travel between patient visits. Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) number Required. National Provider Identifier (NPI) Required. Nurse Practitioner Benefits & Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Health, Dental, Vision, 401k, PTO. Set the industry bar for the standard of care. Continuing Education Reimbursement.
