In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing all aspects of real estate renovation projects, from inception to successful completion. The perfect candidate will collaborate closely with the team to develop, monitor, assess, and adapt renovation project plans as necessary. We require an individual with a background in carpentry, excellent communication abilities, adept at negotiation and problem-solving, and thrives in a fast-paced work environment. Responsibilities:• Oversee and manage real estate development projects from inception to completion• Coordinate and collaborate with contractors and other stakeholders to ensure project success• Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules• Conduct feasibility studies and financial analysis for potential projects• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets• Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and regulatory compliance• Communicate regularly with clients and provide updates on project status• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the course of the project Qualifications:• Strong Carpentry/Home Building background• Strong knowledge of real estate development processes and procedures• Proficiency in project coordination and management• Experience with construction estimating and project scheduling• Excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines Compensation: $60,000 - $90,000 yearly based on previous project management and carpentry experience About Company: We are a results-driven organization with a strong culture and community.
