Responsibilities:• Perform basic maintenance and service for plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, appliance, and mechanical repairs in residential apartment units• Promptly answer resident service calls and perform repairs in a timely fashion• Interact politely and professionally with apartment tenants, outside vendors/contractors, and coworkers• Complete all assigned maintenance work on vacant apartments for unit turns and make ready activities• Perform various preventative maintenance measures• Respond to on-call/after hour emergency maintenance requests/work orders Qualifications:• Ability to easily get to and from work• Flexible On-Call schedule that allows for morning, afternoon, and evening services calls at apartment properties Monday through Sunday• Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle Compensation: $18- $22 hourly About Company: Our company is a dynamic, fast-growing property management company and real estate investment company located in Pittsburgh, PA.
