CW Pennsylvania - Licensed Psychologist CW Psychological Services is looking for a Pennsylvania Licensed Psychologist to join our high-quality mental health outpatient private practice team in our King of Prussia, PA office. Our mental health outpatient clinic is renowned amongst our referral sources and has an outstanding reputation which leads to a wide variety of referrals. We are committed to providing the highest level of care to all of the clients. We serve clients throughout the lifespan with a variety of presenting concerns and can match your preferred clientele to your caseload. Psychologists serve an integral role in our training and support of clinical staff. Our psychologists assist in the development of internship and mentorship programs within the practice to provide support to the next cohort of clinicians in the field. We provide an ongoing and steady stream of referrals, among other administration support, so you can focus on the clinical aspects of your work. This also allows you to identify preferred clientele for a caseload that we will work to build for you. Responsibilities:• Incorporating the practice's mission and values into the provision of excellent clinical care, regardless of patient reimbursement mechanisms• Participating in an affirming, cooperative, educative, transparent, and supportive work environment• Facilitating therapeutic interventions based on evidence-based practices and growing your skills in evidence-based practice interventions• Working closely with committed clients seeking long-term therapeutic outcomes and motivated to change so you can complete the best therapeutic work possible• Ability to foster and create a supportive and collaborative therapeutic alliance with clients served to best support their needs• Training and supervising peers, interns, pre-licensed professionals, and other staff• Carrying out administrative operations such as data analysis, constructing staff manuals, and growing our library of resources• Upholding a workplace climate of respect, openness, autonomy, and inclusion• Allowing therapists to choose their preferred patients and creating a balanced proportion of clinical and administrative duties within a 40-hour work week in order to allow for self-care Qualifications:• Possess a doctoral degree in psychology and hold an active license in the state of Pennsylvania as a psychologist• Have experience providing outpatient care to clients and supervision of staff (experience preferred, but training an appropriate person may be possible)• Be skilled in working with clients of varying backgrounds• Ability to form relationships with stakeholders to develop and enhance training opportunities, such as local universities Compensation: $70,000 - $85,000 yearly About Company: CW Psychological Services treats adults, children, & families with a wide variety of behavioral health concerns. We receive an abundance of referrals each week and have a history of maintaining a lengthy and ongoing waitlist which allows clinicians to quickly build a sustainable caseload once credentialed with our variety of insurance panel contracts.
