Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and tactical Manager of Digital Marketing to oversee and manage the digital marketing efforts for our network of fitness facilities. This role requires a strong strategic mindset, hands-on experience in digital marketing, and the ability to manage budgets effectively. The ideal candidate will have direct relevant experience in digital lead generation for membership-driven businesses. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive lead generation and membership growth across all locations. Manage and allocate digital marketing budgets for all asigned locations, ensuring optimal ROI. Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, making data-driven decisions to optimize results. Collaborate with the marketing team and other departments to ensure cohesive and aligned marketing efforts. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve our strategies. Oversee the creation and management of digital marketing content, including social media, email marketing, PPC campaigns, and SEO efforts. Coordinate with external vendors and agencies as needed to support digital marketing initiatives. Qualifications: Proven experience in driving lead generation through digital marketing. Strong tactical skills with hands-on experience managing digital marketing campaigns. Experience managing budgets and optimizing spend across multiple locations. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and email marketing software. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
