Title: Field Service AgentLocation: West Valley City, UT 84120Schedule: Day Shift JOB SUMMARY Deskside associates Level 1.5 with experience in imaging, Laptops/Desktop troubleshooting, resolving printer issues, shipping and receiving equipment etc. Should have over 4 years? experience in the following areas:- Imaging using Pix boot, SCCM and/or intune- Experience in resolving A/D 360 issues- Experience with bitlocker, MFA, google DUO.- Experience with autopilot- Experience is resolving level 1/Level 2 password, access and general laptop issues.- Must have experience in supporting hybrid/Remote users in a large enterprise environment.
