As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you'll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You'll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You will plan requirements with internal customers and support projects through the project life-cycle, as well as manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate goals to project stakeholders.Users come first at Google. We are constantly innovating to deliver the most effective advertising and commerce opportunities of tomorrow.The US base salary range for this full-time position is $122,000-$178,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Learn more about benefits at Google . Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience. 2 years of experience in program management. Experience driving engineering productivity focused projects and programs. Experience with product trust and reliability. Preferred qualifications: 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. Ability to work with both local and distributed teams. Ability to manage multiple assignments, work independently, and drive projects to completion with attention to detail. Ability to identify and drive process improvements. Excellent project management, organizational, and written and verbal communication skills. Responsibilities Partner with cross-functional disciplines to develop program plans with dependencies and schedules. Operate as POC for one or more initiatives by establishing clarity of program goals, tracking operational metrics, and communicating progress. Build new processes and technical applications. Collaborate with Engineering to introduce internal applications and process changes. Analyze quality and performance, workflow efficiency, identify areas of improvement, drive appropriate action to resolution, and give feedback for tool improvements.
