s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or a related field. 3 years of experience configuring and troubleshooting video processing and transport/delivery systems, including Linear, VOD/SDV, IPVOD, or Video controllers; using ticketing and software tools such as Remedy, Incident portal, Jira, or Service Now; networking with IPv4 and IPv6, routing with OSPF, BGP, ISIS, and subnets/prefixes; and using critical service delivery protocols, including DNS, DHCP, TFTP, NTP. A hybrid (in office and remote) arrangement is available. Salary depends on geography, experience, and education; negotiations begin at $112,798/year.
