THIS POSITION IS A NIGHT SHIFT; HOURS 6PM-6AM. * In accordance with SOP's and customer's specifications, stage, weigh and record all batch ingredients. * Mix and blend wet/dry ingredients in accordance with product mix/batch sheet specifications. * Record all ingredient usage using location ERP system. * Collect pre-blend and final product samples as required. Perform all required batch analytical testing. Report any product deviations to the department supervisor. * Follow all allergen protocols. * Ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOP's) in detail without deviation. * Operate tanks, pumps and blend operations equipment. * Perform equipment clean-up, CIP/SIP operations. * Perform routine equipment adjustments. * Safe operation of a lift truck. * Accurately and neatly complete batch records, system data entry and documentation. * Perform all department environmental controls. * Perform product reclaim and rework operations in accordance with reclaim guidelines. * Support internal and external audits. * Follow all established occupational health and safety procedures. * Follow all established GMP's and Food Safety requirements. * Effective coordination and cooperation with other departments. * Perform good housekeeping within established housekeeping guidelines. * Comply with federal, state and local dairy food regulations. * Adhere to the Saputo Code of Ethics, actively apply the Saputo Company Values and Workplace Climate Policy. * Work together as a team. * Other duties as required by management.You are best suited for the role if you... * In accordance with SOP's and customer's specifications, stage, weigh and record all batch ingredients. * Mix and blend wet/dry ingredients in accordance with product mix/batch sheet specifications. * Record all ingredient usage using location ERP system. * Collect pre-blend and final product samples as required. This is a hands-on role for a 24/7 manufacturing facility. Our blend operators are assigned to a team in support of dairy operations. This can either be rotating, days, swing or night shift and weekends. Work days and shifts may change to help cover vacations/absences, during plant downtime or related events such as audits.Salary Range: $34,435 - $45,200Salary offers will vary commensurate with experience, education, skills, and training.
