Join us as we develop strategies for change and transform the trajectory of your career!Notice for California Residents - California Privacy PolicyIn addition to Financial Transaction Specialist, Servicer Ops duties, the FTS - Reconciliation Specialist & Servicer Ops II is responsible for the timely reconciliation of bank and collections activity. This critical role enables daily cash sweeps to the lender accounts. A successful candidate will take ownership of the reconciliation process and work with peers and management to resolve items that cannot be resolved by the individual. Treasury Operations is a deadline-oriented department with high payment volumes that adapts to changing business needs. A successful candidate is a team player who accommodates changing priorities while maintaining high quality. Strong candidates will be process minded, have high attention to detail, and a desire to take full ownership of their role.What You Bring: * Minimum 3-4 years reconciliation experience, preferably in financial services industry. * Ability to prioritize workload based on business impact. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Advanced Math Skills. * Advanced Problem-Solving Skills. * Advanced MS Excel knowledge. * Strong Interpersonal Skills. * Detailed oriented. * Strong Organizational Skills. * Ability to work in a team environment and individually. * SQL knowledge (Preferred). * BA in Accounting, Business Administration or other related field, or appropriate combination of education and experience (required).What We Offer: * Competitive salary & the ability to make a merit based annual bonus/monthly bonus.
