Project Manager IVBC forward is currently seeking an initiative to take Project Manager IV for New York, NY Location. Position Title: Project Manager IVLocation: New York, NYAnticipated Start Date: 7/8/2024.Please note this is the target date and is subject to change. BC forward will send official notice ahead of a confirmed start date.Expected Duration: 07+ Months Contract.Job Type: ContractPay Range: $65 to Max $70/HR W2Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).Summary * Support the internal brand portal which supports all Client's brands. * Gather and prioritize inbound requests across company-wide teams to implement guidelines. * Oversees all stages of the project lifecycle for Brand Portal - coordinating with brand teams on guideline development (copy and Figma files) to setting up kick off meetings with web production agencies to capturing and implementing feedback from key stakeholders along the way. * Point of contact with key vendors that support Brand Portal, including creative and web production agencies. * Prepares the budget and scope of the project. * Establishes comprehensive project plans for Brand Portal and larger initiatives across FOA Brand Operation * Monitors progress of the above initiatives * Collaborates with internal teams to design and implement brand enablement projects. * Troubleshoots non-technical issues. Works with Technical Project Manager and internal engineers to troubleshoot tech issues. * Manages project risks and shortfalls. * Manages FOA Brand Operations Budget * Manage vendor contractors. * 8+ years of experience in project management + plus exposure to brand development and managing web sites.Must-Have Skills * Brand Management: Familiarity with brand guidelines. * Project Management: Strong project management skills to effectively plan, coordinate, and execute branding initiatives, working collaboratively with cross-functional. * Operational Excellence: Proficiency in establishing and optimizing processes to streamline brand operations, ensuring efficiency and consistency in brand execution.Nice-to-have Skills: * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey brand guidelines, provide feedback, and facilitate discussions among stakeholders. * Experience working with brand design systems. * Has held a customer service / client relations type role - this role interfaces heavily with teams around the company who we have never met.
