Job Description and ResponsibilitiesAVI Foodsystems is looking for an energetic and optimistic leader to fill the role of Vending Attendant Supervisor, Full-time. Duties & Responsibilities: * Assist with the hiring process to include, but not limited to, pre-screening, interviewing, and reference checking * Recruit candidates from various resources, including job fairs, internet job boards, campus events, etc. * Update the status of candidates in an applicant tracking system * Participate in the on-boarding and training of team members * Supervise vending operations and team members * Review reports from supervisors and managers regarding profitability at accounts * Conduct monthly team member training and weekly team meetings * Participate in community and trade involvement to enhance business associations * Develop, in conjunction with the Branch Manager, in-house promotional activities * Act as a liaison with public organizations, job placement agencies, community groups, colleges and other sources to identify and recruit candidates for open positions at the branch Requirements: * Previous administrative and/or recruiting experience * Strong computer skills with knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite * Exceptional verbal and written communication skills * Outgoing, personable and able to communicate with all levels of a company * Experience mentoring and leading others * Ability to lift up to 50 pounds intermittentlyBenefits: AVI offers: * A family culture and atmosphere * Competitive compensation * Health, dental, vision, and life insurance for full-time team members * 401(k) with generous company match * Paid vacations and holidays * Immense training and growth opportunitiesWe conduct pre-employment drug testing.
