Duties Maintain a safe and healthy environment. Develop and implement lesson plans that are developmentally appropriate for various age groups. Provide social and emotional development and provide positive guidance. Establish positive and productive relationships with families. Maintain a committment to professionalism. Must be able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with other staff members. Requirements CDA, TCC, or Associates degree in early childhood related field of study.
