Requirements: stylemargin:bottom:11.0px::8:10 years of overall UX User experience design experience. :Demonstrated Expertise with Design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Zeplin is a must. :Experience with interaction design is a plus.:Must have experience in HealthCare domain. Experience in other domains will be a plus.:Expertise in creating wireframes, high:fidelity prototypes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, journey maps, user research, usability testing, and information architecture.:Experience working on web/responsive web/mobile interface design.:Working knowledge and understanding of HTML and CSS.:Experience with agile development methodologies.:Experience with mentoring other designers and leading a team of UX Architects and Visual Designers.:Strong work portfolio that demonstrates systematic and creative design thinking as well as a deep understanding of UI/UX best practices.:Self:starter that can work both independently as well as collaboratively with cross:functional teams.:Excellent communication skills (oral, written, and listening).:Excellent organization skills with proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and to adjust to frequent changes in project priorities.:Knowledge of international and accessibility design considerations.:Bachelor's or equivalent degree in design, fine arts, or related subject.
