Job Summary Serve as the Parish Office Manager at Mary Queen of Peace Parish to assist with fulfilling the mission of the Parish by greeting and serving visitors. Establishes office record:keeping systems. Maintains parish registrations, contribution system, annual contribution statements, and parish offering envelope system. Oversees the timely opening and closing of the parish office. Coordinates the parish calendar, room scheduling, and facility keys for parish events, overseeing door and key card security system. Maintains the Parish Sacramental scheduling and record keeping and coordinates Mass intentions and payment to the Presiders. Prepares annual reports for the Archdiocese. Handles office:related tasks and administrative duties, including managing bulk mail, programming the phone system, maintaining inventory of office supplies, and assisting with miscellaneous financial:related duties.
