Job Responsibilities/Requirements: Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment.: Perform preventative maintenance.: Handle basic repairs and maintenance.: Oversee contractors when outside repairs are necessary.: Diagnose and correct mechanical issues.: Repair electric forklifts and pallet jacks.: Should have prior experience in maintenance, be highly skilled with various hand and power tools, and able to read repair manuals.: Other duties as assigned.
