Your role in our mission The contractor performs the day:to:day tasks and operations of the Dental and Vision programs, assists with overseeing compliance of programs, and assists with other DMS programs and duties, as needed. Duties include: : Learning and keeping current with federal rules and guidance regarding the Dental and Vision programs.: Conducting review of program documentation to ensure compliance with applicable federal and state laws and regulations.: Create/ Prepares reports as needed, for use by dental and vision unit management.: Assist with the resolution of provider/client complaints, when needed.: Assists with claims research from MMIS and other software applications.: Provides technical assistance to requesting parties by researching policy and procedure information and answers questions per protocol.: Accept and/or return telephone calls in a timely and efficient manner.: Multi:tasks in a professional manner to meet changing priorities.: Informs provider and recipient of claim status, as appropriate.: Tracking and processing Vision and Dental Prior Authorizations.: Scanning documents to consultants and docushare network: Other duties as assigned. What were looking for: Experience working with the MMIS system or other financial/billing software or systems.: Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.: Experience working with reading or reviewing reports.: Ability to use reasonable judgment in decision:making and problem:solving.: Excellent interpersonal communication skills. What you should expect in this role: This is an onsite position in Little Rock, AR: Eligible for hybrid remote (up to 3 days per week) only after a minimum of 6 months in office.: Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation.LI:ONSITELI:JA1 LI:CM1 The pay range for this position is27,200.00:38,900.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job:related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
