Federal Loan Forgiveness Program! Overview: Provides in home physical therapy services to patients that have neuro and/or musculoskeletal disorders. Works under direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. Qualifications: Education: Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program. Licensure: Current state license. Valid drivers license. Certifications: CPR certification. Preferred Experience: Two years experience in acute care or home care preferred.
