This is a 100% commission sales position. Who you are You have built a great network and closed many deals in commercial or residential real estate. You likely specialize in a niche market and have an interest in Investments (private, multi-family, capital markets). You're a confident and competitive sales professional who loves to win. Your strengths lie in building strong, successful client relationships, spotting innovative opportunities to expand your business, and finding ways to make them happen. You're a bold negotiator, always ready to provide the right information about market conditions, business details, and terms and conditions in your client's best interests. Responsibilities: --- Develop new business opportunities within specific geographies to expand clientele --- Use CRM to compile a list of all leads to ensure agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process --- Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone calls, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate real estate qualified leads --- Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales key metrics to ensure sales goals are met --- Qualify the incoming leads you generate for appointments with realtors and field agents to provide quick response times and meet their needs Qualifications: --- Must have a valid Real Estate License --- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills --- Possess a valid U.S. driver's license and can travel by car --- Must possess a real estate license or be in pursuit of a license --- Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor's degree preferred --- At least 1 year of sales experience as a real estate ISA, sales representative, or similar position About Company: Here at Thrive, we look to help agents break out of the traditional thinking of real estate.
