LPN-LVN physician job in New York : As a License Practical Nurse, you will perform duties such as: - Providing individualized nursing care for patients. - Administering a variety of medications and immunizations via oral, intramuscular, subcutaneous, intradermal, topical, rectal, intravenous additive/piggyback and respiratory routes. - Reviewing immunization records to select required immunizations, correct dosages, and routes of administration. - Performing diagnostic procedures using technical computerized systems. - Participating in patient teaching and discharge planning.
