The F&B Supervisor will be responsible for training and supervising staff, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Additionally, the F&B Supervisor will assist in developing and implementing promotional activities and special events to drive revenue and enhance the overall dining experience for our guests. Qualifications A warm and outgoing personality with a passion for customer service. A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment. Refined verbal and written communication skills. At least 2+ years' experience in F&B positions preferred, lead or supervisor experience is a plus! Must be able to lift/push/pull moderate weight. Must have flexible shift availability as well as availability to work weekends and holidays. Ideal candidate should have high energy, strong organizational skills, motivational leadership skills, ability to provide exceptional customer service, and be an effective team player.
