What you'll do Use your HR experience to support and assist project leaders with client deliverables according to direction from senior teammates and leads Support project leaders with client meetings and workshops, project planning and project status reporting, and other activities as directed by project leaders Participate in team-building and continuing education Build and maintain strong client relationships What will make you a good fit At least five years of HR experience with knowledge and experience in at least three disciplines Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills Proven ability to take initiative and prioritize work Critical-thinking and proactive problem-solving skills Demonstrated ability to collaborate and be a team player with the ability to work independently Expert-level skills with Microsoft applications, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook Preference given to candidates with consulting and utility experience A little about E Source Since 1986, E Source has focused on partnering with utilities to help their customers save electricity. The budgeted salary for this position is $90,000 to $120,000 + annual bonus up to 12% (depending on level). Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience .
