Our Tech client is looking for an Interaction Designer to join their dynamic team. In this role you will help shape intuitive and engaging user experiences for a global audience. If you're passionate about creating seamless digital journeys and thrive in a collaborative environment, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities: Help to define the user model and user interface for new and existing products and features, with an emphasis on enterprise user experience design work, for example Business Portals, B2B tools, etc. Develop high level and/or detailed storyboards, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas. Gauge the usability of new and existing products, and making constructive suggestions for change. Requirements: Solid academic background in human-computer interaction or related field. Mandatory: Expert knowledge and experience with designing user interface mockups, flows, and design components in Figma. Nice to have: Lightweight prototyping experience. Demonstrated experience in designing usable web-based interfaces. Strong visual design sense. Proactive / self starter with excellent communication and teamwork skills. Must be highly responsive to feedback from multiple UX, Engineer, and Product Manager partners with a drive to seek out feedback for the purpose of iterating & exploring multiple design concepts/directions. Need to have expert ability to weigh pros/cons of different directions and articulate clearly the tradeoffs to form strong design point of view, grounded in stakeholder feedback, users insights, and best UX practices. Skill/Experience/Education Mandatory: Portfolio included on resume Years of experience required: 7 years Figma user interface design for UI mockups & user flows. Desire to gather and consider feedback from many different perspectives. Clear communication and ability to articulate UX design options & tradeoffs. Education Bachelors in a design related field. Desired: Lightweight figma prototyping experience Masters degree a plus The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $64.91 to $72.12 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
