We are on a mission to disrupt the outdated and overpriced Recruiting and Staffing industry. Our client is a growing real estate firm specializing in residential communities. They are committed to providing exceptional living experiences for their residents while maintaining high standards of property management. They are currently seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Property Manager to join their team. Responsibilities Oversee a team of property management professionals, providing guidance, support, and fostering a collaborative work environment. Promote teamwork, professional development, and a customer-centric approach among the property management staff. Take charge of managing day-to-day operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of the residential community. Address resident inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally, striving for resident satisfaction. Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance and repair needs, ensuring a safe and aesthetically pleasing environment for residents. Oversee vendor contracts and service agreements, ensuring quality service delivery and adherence to budgetary guidelines. Develop and implement effective marketing and leasing strategies to attract and retain residents. Conduct thorough tenant screenings and lease negotiations, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Conduct regular financial analyses, identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost-saving measures where applicable. Monitor rent collection, delinquencies, and lease renewals, taking appropriate actions to maximize revenue and minimize vacancies. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field preferred. Proven track record as a Property Manager in the residential real estate industry, with 3+ years of experience. Strong leadership abilities with experience managing and motivating a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with residents, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Results-driven mindset, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed leasing and sales targets. Solid understanding of property management principles, laws, and regulations. Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
