We are on a mission to disrupt the outdated and overpriced Recruiting and Staffing industry.A growing real estate firm is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance operations of their property. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property maintenance, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage a team effectively. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the maintenance staff and contractors to ensure efficient and timely completion of maintenance tasks. Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs and address them proactively. Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment and facilities. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory, and equipment logs. Assist in budget preparation and manage maintenance expenses to stay within budgetary constraints. Respond to emergency maintenance requests promptly and efficiently. Provide training and guidance to maintenance staff to enhance their skills and performance. Collaborate with property management and other departments to ensure seamless operations. Qualifications Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or similar role in the real estate industry. Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in maintenance management software and tools.
