Our mission is to deliver high-quality, individualized therapy to support the unique needs of each client. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Recruiter/Hiring Manager to join our team and play a crucial role in attracting top talent to our organization, experimenting with tech/AI deployment in the role. Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various positions within the company, including therapists, administrative staff, and clinical professionals. Strategic Process Development and Tech Deployment: Utilize best/latest advancement in tech, making your work and that of your team's - better, easier, more fun! Advertising Placement and Budgeting - No explanation needed if you have do this. Candidate Sourcing: Utilize a variety of sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals to identify and engage potential candidates. Interviewing and Screening: Conduct initial phone screens and in-depth interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit with Developmental Pathways. Hiring Process Management: Coordinate and manage the full recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance, ensuring a positive candidate experience. Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices and market trends. Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs, focusing on both active and passive candidates. Employer Branding: Promote Developmental Pathways as an employer of choice through various branding initiatives, including social media, career fairs, and community outreach. Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant regulations and company policies. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead recruiter role. Experience in ABA healthcare/therapy must! Skills: Proven ability to source and attract top talent through various recruitment channels. Excellent interviewing and assessment skills. Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously. Strong organizational and time management skills. Certifications: Professional certifications such as PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent are a plus.
