Position Overview: As an Independent Recruiter with us, you will have the flexibility to run your own recruiting business. You can generate your own leads or choose from our pool of candidates at a reduced commission rate. This 1099 position is perfect for those who thrive in a remote work environment and are eager to leverage their expertise in specialist transportation recruiting. Key Responsibilities: Identify, source, and recruit qualified drivers and mechanics for various positions within the transportation industry. Develop and maintain a strong network of candidates and industry contacts. Utilize your own leads or select from our pool of pre-screened candidates. Conduct interviews and assessments to ensure candidate suitability. Collaborate with our team to match candidates with the right opportunities. Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to placement. Requirements: Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably within the transportation or logistics industry. A strong network of potential candidates and industry contacts. Ability to work independently and manage your own recruiting business. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
