Remembrance, Resolution, Reconciliation, Restoration, Renewal About the Position: The Data Specialist you will work closely with the TPA Data Manager to learn and contribute to various data-related tasks, including data collection, cleaning, analysis, visualization, and general support for all service providers under the Third-Party Administration department. Job Type: Full-Time Position: Non-Exempt Hourly Range: $21.63 – $31.25 Location: Los Angeles What You Will Do: Collect and compile data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Clean, transform, and validate datasets to prepare them for ingestion into Amity’s database. Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. Support in the implementation of data quality standards and procedures. Create data visualizations and reports for internal faculty and external service providers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide analytical support. Providing assistance with onboarding and training faculty members and service providers on Amity's database. Perform regular data integrity and quality audits. Provide database technical support to faculty and service provider designated employees. Update and maintain access to Amity’s database. Other duties as assigned. What You Will Bring: Required: 1-3 years’ experience or related work and/or Bachelor’s degree in a technical or other applicable discipline. Proven track record of Excel. Understanding of data governance principles, data security, and compliance regulations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a willingness to learn new techniques. W illing to be trained on software used across the agency. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage tasks and priorities effectively. Ability to adapt to evolving data technologies and industry best practices.
