Raise your hand for our new on-call program, allowing you to work remotely and experience the convenience of providing top-notch care from anywhere. What Will We Ask You to Do? Conduct pulmonary function tests and assess respiratory-compromised patients Administer inhalants, operate mechanical ventilators, and therapeutic gas administration apparatus Evaluate the effectiveness of respiratory therapy treatment plans Collaborate with the medical staff to develop personalized treatment plans Maintain up-to-date knowledge on respiratory care best practices What Do You Need to Be Successful? Graduate from an accredited Respiratory Therapy program Minimum of 2 years of ER/ICU experience as a Respiratory Therapist Minimum of 2 years of experience with pediatric patients Current unencumbered Respiratory Therapist license in the state of practice Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications Proficient in HIPAA, OSHA, and EMTALA regulations Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Complete in-person training Pick up in-person shifts when possible Powered by JazzHR
