Summary To ensure the proper operation of all production related equipment, including preventative maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical and hydraulic systems. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform scheduled maintenance on plant equipment and machinery (repair or replace worn or defective parts, motors and controls as necessary) Repair, troubleshoot and maintain Fineblanking presses and production equipment. Maintain all pumps, AC/heating units, presses, tumblers, and sanding equipment. Maintain Cooling Tower , Parts washer and driers. Troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, mechanical and pneumatic issues. Respond to equipment stoppage, mechanical breakdowns. Ensure proper documentation and information is recorded on a daily basis, including but not limited to production equipment. Take active part in training and helping others as required. Participate in continuous improvement teams as required. Qualifications, Education and Experience 1-3 years’ experience in a manufacturing maintenance environment Technical, vocational, college degree or equivalent work experience required. Electrical, hydraulic, mechanical skills needed. Knowledge of robotic motion controls a plus.
