We are seeking a skilled professional to lead a call center team within the real estate sector. We are looking for a dynamic and creative individual to take advantage of this outstanding opportunity. • Supervise and mentor internal sales agents• This role is a full-time position situated at our Fresno, CA office Responsibilities include overseeing calls from clients in the United States and internationally. Responsibilities:• Oversee and lead a team of Real Estate ISAs in Fresno, CA, US, ensuring efficient communication, scheduling, and performance evaluations.• Recruit and select qualified ISAs based on their sales skills and qualifications.• Develop and execute training programs to improve the quality of qualification calls, script handling, and objection management for ISAs.• Utilize dialers and relevant applications for call operations and script enhancements.• Monitor call quality, offer constructive feedback, and identify areas for enhancement.• Provide personalized feedback and address concerns of ISAs through regular interactions.• Contribute insights and updates in management meetings. Qualifications:• The successful candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of experience leading a team in a Real Estate Call Center environment, with a specific focus on mentoring responsibilities.• In-depth understanding of real estate markets and a proven track record of effectively engaging potential buyers are essential requirements for this role.• Excellent communication skills, especially in phone sales, are crucial to demonstrate strong leadership qualities.• A positive, goal-oriented demeanor, coupled with the capability to motivate team members, is fundamental for excelling in this position.• Strong problem-solving abilities and a talent for innovative thinking are key qualifications.• Proficiency in utilizing tools such as Google Sheets, Slack, and other management systems is mandatory.• Demonstrated capacity to swiftly resolve issues in a fast-paced work setting is a vital attribute.• Fluency in English is a necessity, while proficiency in Spanish is considered advantageous for this particular position.
