Summer Marketing Internship Our Part-Time Summer Marketing Intern will play a key role in enhancing our brand presence and engagement through planning and co-hosting open house events, creating social media content, and organizing brand assets. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for creating compelling content. Responsibilities: Event Planning and Hosting: • Plan, coordinate, and host open house events to promote real estate listings• Develop event plans, promotional materials, and coordinate logistics.• Engage with attendees, gather feedback, and report on event success. Social Media Management: • Create engaging content across various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn). Brand Asset Organization: • Maintain and organize digital brand assets, including photos, videos, graphics, and other marketing materials.• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop new brand assets as needed. Content Creation: • Write and edit marketing copy for social media, website, email campaigns, and other marketing collateral.• Assist in the creation of visual content, such as graphics and videos, to support marketing campaigns. Performance Tracking and Reporting: • Prepare regular reports on social media metrics, event attendance, and overall marketing activities. Qualifications:• Passion for marketing, event planning, content creation• Strong understanding of social media platforms• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously• Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail• Part-time position with flexible hours• Some evening or weekend work may be required for event hosting• Ability to travel locally for events if necessary Compensation: $18 - $25 hourly About Company: Based in the Westchester neighborhood of Los Angeles, the Stephanie Younger Group has grown to become one of the best-respected residential real estate companies in Los Angeles.
