Responsibilities: • Create and maintain a database of clients to ensure organization and follow-up• Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the customer base served by our team to expand our sales results• Engage with customers to set appointments with field agents in order to provide quick response times to their needs • Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales metrics to ensure sales goals are met in an organized and timely fashion• An active listener who offers empathy and encouragement to buyers and sellers to ensure mutual trust between our team and our clients• Outside sales lead generation• Lead follow up• Close sales• Set appointments• Execute consultations• Sales talk mastery Qualifications: • Driven to succeed in sales and in life• Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies• Master organizer of systems, files and your time with excellent follow-up skills• Great phone presence with a closer mentality• Possesses relationship building skills, able to uncover client needs and find new sales opportunities• A real estate license required• Great communication• Commission opportunity• Sales experience Compensation: $90,000 - $125,000+ at plan commissions About Company: As the largest real estate franchise in the world, our exponential growth is a result of our commitment to delivering value to our associates.
