Responsibilities: • Use our CRM to regularly follow-up with customers to ensure our agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process• Manage and qualify inbound inquiries to generate appointments so our agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently• Develop new business opportunities with existing customers in order to expand our clientele and build our business• Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support to increase sales opportunities• Provides monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team so that goals are met in a timely fashion• Team and individual sales• Lead generation• Set appointments• Close appointments• Database and CRM Mastery• Close sales• Sales scripts mastery Qualifications: • Driven to succeed in sales and in life• Develops rapport with clients and is easily able to build relationships to develop new sales opportunities• Master organizer of systems, files and your time with excellent follow-up skills• Is dynamic, articulate and well-spoken• Extremely strong phone skills: Ability to set and close appointments over the phone• A real estate license is required• Commission opportunity• Great communication• Sales experience Compensation: $85,000 - $125,000 at plan About Company: KW Larchmont is Los Angeles' most collaborative office.
