Responsibilities: • Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales metrics to ensure sales goals are met in an organized and timely fashion• Develop new business opportunities with existing customers in order to expand our clientele and build our business• Negotiate and effectively communicate details between sellers and potential buyers to facilitate transactions • Manage and qualify inbound inquiries to generate appointments so our agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently• Follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections to demonstrate the professionalism and integrity that our team prides itself on• Team and individual sales• Lead generation• Set appointments• Close appointments• Database and CRM Mastery• Close sales• Sales scripts Qualifications: • You are a natural organizer, everything in its place and your time management skills are spot on• Great phone presence with a closer mentality• Enthusiastic with excellent people skills• Develops rapport with clients and is easily able to build relationships to develop new sales opportunities• Positive, enthusiastic, motivated and solution oriented• Real estate license is required• Great communication• Commission opportunity• Sales experience Compensation: $85,000 - $130,000 at plan About Company: Our LuxurySold team is rapidly expanding into our Phoenix partners!
