Position Summary: Our client, a well-established clinic in Leominster, MA, is seeking a dedicated and experienced part-time Medical Receptionist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to customer service, advanced computer skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth clinic operations and providing exceptional service to patients. Schedule: Saturday and Sunday, 9 AM - 5 PM (15 hours per week) Training: Must be able to train two days during the week for the first and second week of training. Training days are flexible (Monday to Friday). Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist patients as they arrive at the clinic, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere. Manage incoming phone calls, schedule appointments, and handle patient inquiries efficiently. Verify and update patient information in the electronic medical records system. Perform administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and managing patient records. Process patient check-ins and check-outs, including handling co-pays and insurance verifications. Assist with maintaining a clean and organized reception area. Provide exceptional customer service to patients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of medical office or secretarial experience. Advanced computer skills, including proficiency with electronic medical records systems. Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
