Job DescriptionJob SummaryThe IAM Administrator position is responsible for support of critical Identity and Access Management applications in the Zeus enterprise environment. The IAM administrator will troubleshoot application performance issues and coordinate resolution with internal technical resources and with vendors. Daily duties will include project work and support of Active Directory, iDP (Okta), Entra ID, PKI, and other access/authorization systems such as Identity Federation, Identity Lifecycle and Privileged Access Management services including troubleshooting, ongoing maintenance, and upgrades of these systems as well as support for other core applications. Job Responsibilities * Architects and manage systems that deliver identity & access management. * Maintain documentation for identity configurations, workflows, and security procedures. * Collaborates with various stakeholders on improving existing workloads and finding innovative solutions to our current challenges as a technical lead. * Ensure cybersecurity best practices are followed to comply with recognized frameworks (NIST, CIS Critical Security Controls, OWASP, etc.). Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or specialized training/certification or equivalent work experience. * 3-5 years of experience in managing and configuring IAM infrastructure * Understanding of Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML), OpenID Connect (OIDC), and OAuth * Advanced technical knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems * Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. * High degree of initiative, dependability, and able to lead work with little supervision while being resilient to change. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Strong customer service, interpersonal and soft skills. Desired Qualifications: * Experience implementing, configuring, and managing Okta (OIE). * Experience implementing, configuring, and managing Delinea products. * Experience creating AWS IAM Policies. * Experience creating Entra ID Access Policies.
