Come create your career with Volt Volt is immediately hiring for a Machine Operator Trainee in Algodones, NM Job Perks * Great Company Culture * On the job training * Climate Controlled * Recognition Programs * Fast Growing * Your Safety is our #1 Concern * Job Advancement * Attendance Bonus * Weekly Pay As a Machine Operator Trainee you will: * Perform assembly of wire mesh nets some manually some machine assisted in the Tecco department * Adhere to all factory standards * Observe equipment operations so that malfunctions can be detected and notify operators of any malfunctions * Use hand tools and guides to produce items ordered by clients * Perform basic problem solving Machine Operator Trainee candidates must meet the following requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent required * Minimum of six months experience in a relatable field * Ability to be on your feet for your full shift * Able to use touch screen controls * Ability to lift up to 40lbs on your own * Have a strong mechanical aptitude * Candidates selected must meet all pre-screening eligibility requirements This is a Full Time Temp to hire position Schedule for this position is: Day Shift: Monday-Friday 7:00 am -3:30 pm Swing Shift: Monday-Friday 3:00pm - 11:30pm Pay Rate for this position is: $19.00-$22.00- per hour plus a $0.75 shift differential Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
