Do you have shipping and receiving experience and want to join a great company in the Bristol area on 1st shift? In this position, you will...... * Unload delivery trucks using a forklift, pallet jack, or other warehouse equipment. * Receive in delivered product and label appropriately for easy retrieval. * Put away materials and components for storage and/or immediate use. * Prepare orders for shipment and ensuring accuracy of the associated shipping documents. * Operate and inspect material handling equipment in a safe manner. * Review inbound shipments and verify items and quantities before taking delivery, signing Bill of Ladings and other receiving documentation. Will make proper notation of discrepancies and alert Purchasing agent. * Review items from production are placed into the proper shipping location. * Stock and restocking of items in their proper locations in the warehouses as needed. * Conduct location inventory cycle counts and participate in physical inventory as required. * Alert purchasing of out of stock or low stock levels as discovered. * Identify and label boxes, packages, and products as instructed by the picking information, your manager or lead person. * Maintaining shipping, receiving and warehouse in a clean and organized fashion at all times. * Report any unsafe conditions to management upon discovery of the conditions. * Complete all paperwork accurately as instructed by your manager or lead-person. * Perform all work using safety equipment as instructed while following all safety-rules and procedures. * Must be able to work overtime without notice involving critical shipments or as scheduled by management. * Occasionally assist plant operations personnel as needed. Candidates should have some experience in Shipping, Receiving, and Warehouse operations. A forklift license is a plus. This is a direct-hire opportunity with great pay and benefits! Location: Bristol, IN Work Schedule: Mon-Fri 5a-1:30p Pay perk: (Increase 50 cents at 90 days, 180 days, 270 days, and one year. Two dollars total increase in your first year.)
