This role will provide both synchronous and asynchronous consults to patients. About This Position: * Remote position, offering the opportunity for work/life balance with no commute.* Variable shifts; Hours of Operation are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm* Virtual consultations of hospitalized patients , consisting of adults 18 and older.* High-quality care to adult (18+ years old) hospital patients who need medical services.* Candidate must be physically located in North Carolina.* No call.* EPIC electronic medical record platform utilized. Ideal Candidate: * 2+ years of experience is preferred.* Board Certified/Eligible in Infectious Disease.* Telemedicine experience is a plus, but not required.* Open-minded and flexible with change.* Dedicated to developing new and exciting ways to deliver care.
