Innovate to solve the world's most important challenges YOU MUST HAVE* High school diploma or GED equivalent* Minimum of 5 years of experience as a machinist, with expertise in operating CNC machines* Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings specific to aviation components* Strong knowledge of machining processes and equipment used in aviation repair and overhaul* Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills* Swing Shift: 2:30pm - 11:00pm, Monday - Friday.WE VALUE* Technical certification or associate degree in machining or a related field* Experience with programming and editing CNC programs for aviation components* Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and their application in aviation repair and overhaul* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in meeting aviation industry standards* Effective communication and teamwork skills for collaboration with technicians and engineers* FAA Repair and overhaul experience* A&P License (Airframe and Powerplant License)* Experience with SAP ERP systems in an aviation repair and overhaul environment* Knowledge and experience with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)* Strong commitment to safety protocols and procedures in aviation maintenance and repair operationsABOUT HONEYWELLHoneywell International Inc.
