Anthem Functional ownership:The Connectivity and Maintenance Systems forthe Anthem program are designed to be the gateway to transmit and receiveaircraft data in a cyber secured way. This includes interfacing withother Anthem engineering development teams, Hardware team, Certification,Connected and security orgs. Responsibleforcoordinationacross engineering IPTs systems, software,andhardware Responsible for all phases of product and platform lifecycle(design,development,integration, test,certification,production, in-service) As a people leader you will focus onHoneywell's five pillars of a successful leader: Burning Platform:Demonstration of developing and delivering acompelling burning platform for your department. Elements of the burningplatform are 1) Who is the competition? 2) What needs to be done to win? 3)When does it need to be done? U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTSDue to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status or have the ability to obtain an export authorization YOU MUST HAVE Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering or a related field or equivalent experience Minimum 3 years of management experience 15 plus years of Aerospace Industry experience US citizenship or resident Alien status WE VALUE Experience in the aircraft environment Experience with aircraft electronic systems software andhardware. Knowledge ofsoftware development methodsand practices.
