We are committed to delivering cutting-edge products and services that enhance the safety, efficiency, and performance of aircraft.As a Sr. Director IT Accelerator and Digital Transformation, you will play a critical role in driving the digital transformation of our Aerospace Technologies (AT) business unit. You will partner with the business model and end-to-end processes to accelerate the adoption of the Global Design Model (GDM) digital deployment and drive business value realization. You will be the IT business partner for the AERO aftermarket and services teams in all regions, including AAM (Americas), EMEAI (Europe, Middle East, Africa, and India), and APAC (Asia-Pacific). In this capacity, you will manage global teams across these regions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving the successful implementation of digital initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. By leveraging your expertise in digital transformation strategies, emerging technologies, and IT leadership, you will shape the future of our aerospace business and drive significant value for our organization.You will report directly to our Chief Information Officer (CIO) and you'll work out of our Phoenix, Arizona location on a hybrid work schedule. Join us in this influential role and make a lasting impact on the future of technology at Honeywell.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and execute the digital transformation strategy for the Aerospace Technologies business unit, in partnership with the business model and end-to-end processes Identify and implement innovative technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency, drive growth, and accelerate GDM digital deployment adoption Lead cross-functional teams in the development and implementation of digital initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and value realization Collaborate with business leaders to drive the adoption of digital technologies and processes throughout the organization Serve as the IT business partner for the AERO aftermarket and services teams in all regions (AAM, EMEAI, APAC) Manage global teams across these regions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving the successful implementation of digital initiatives Develop and execute the digital transformation strategy for the Aerospace Technologies business unit, specifically focused on the AERO aftermarket and services teams Identify and implement innovative technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency, drive growth, and improve customer experience for the AERO aftermarket and services teams Collaborate with business leaders in the AERO aftermarket and services teams to align digital transformation efforts with overall business objectives Drive a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the IT Accelerator and Digital Transformation function, including the AERO aftermarket and services teamsYOU MUST HAVE10+ years of experience in IT leadership roles, with a focus on large scale digital transformation and business partnershipWE VALUE Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven track record of driving successful digital transformation initiatives and business partnerships in the aerospace industry Excellent leadership and team management skills.
