YOUR ROLE WILL INCLUDE: * Conduct assessment of the learning needs and priorities of the business as they relate to the creation of programs and an ongoing system for evaluation* Work with Content Creators & Subject Matter Experts to develop effective, efficient solutions to meet learning requirements of technical and manufacturing teams* Ensure effective delivery methods leveraging technology, external talent, and internal talent* Develop, communicate, and market courses for the business* Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to create continuous improvements in courses* Directly or indirectly supervises associates and performs other managerial responsibilities including: interviewing, hiring, and training associates; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining associates; addressing complaints and resolving problems. US CITIZENSHIP REQUIREMENTS Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements.
