You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving electrical and mechanical issues, ensuring the successful implementation of our solutions, and driving customer satisfaction. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and mechanical issues for our customers* Provide technical support and expertise for our Conveyor Systems solutions* Provide technical support and expertise for our Mechanical Systems & Components solutions* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of our solutions* Stay updated with industry trends and advancements, and provide recommendations for improvement YOU MUST HAVE * 1+ year of Mechanical, Electrical, Automotive or Industrial troubleshooting and repair experience* MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)* Ability to work multiple shifts as needed WE VALUE * Previous experience troubleshooting material handling equipment (conveyors, palletizers, robotics)* PLC experience preferred* Previous customer service experience BENEFITS We offer a full benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), flexible vacation and education assistance.
