That's why all our employees enjoy access to dynamiccareer opportunities across different fields and industries.Are you ready to help us make the future?Asa Channel Sales & Marketing Manager for the US Fire Distribution Channel,you will serve as the central point of contact for the account management needsof wholesale distribution partners and offering channel support for multiple Honeywellfire and life safety brands and offerings sold through this channel.Inthis role, you will primarily be responsible for developing and implementingbusiness plans to align with annual goals for each partner including managing andimplementing channel sales and marketing activities to drive business growth. Youwill also be responsible for monitoring and reporting on sales and marketingresults to both inform and direct field activities both internally and withchannel partners to drive business results.In addition, you will be responsiblefor managing and delivering quarterly business reviews with each channelpartner by presenting sales results and other performance metrics included inthe Channel Partner Program and providing updates on business initiatives andpriorities. You will also support newproduct introductions (NPI) through these channel partners ensuring they areproperly supported with both the materials and activities required to besuccessful.The salary range for this position is ($81600-$120000). The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.RESPONSIBILITIES:Direct Channel Sales ActivitiesDevelop and Implement Business PlansBuild and Maintain Partner RelationshipsProvide Excellent Customer SupportManage Market Development Fund (MDF) BudgetDeliver Business Reviews MUST HAVE: 3+ years experience in channel sales and/or channel marketingValid Drivers' LicenseWE VALUE: Commercial Industry (B2B) experience strongly preferred Bachelor's degree A broad knowledge of principles and best practices in (Channel Sales) Excellent team and communication skills An ability to take initiative and work with limited directionFamiliar with Channel Sales executionAn ability to influence at the operational level BENEFITS:Benefitsprovided may differ by role and location.
