Job Overview:The Mid-Level IP Litigation Associate Attorney will be responsible for handling intellectual property matters, including patent and/or trade secret litigation, and providing counsel to clients on ongoing matters. Duties:Represent clients in intellectual property litigation cases, focusing on patent and/or trade secret disputes.Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support litigation strategies and client counseling.Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and client advisories.Participate actively in all stages of the litigation process, from discovery to trial preparation.Collaborate closely with senior attorneys and partners to develop case strategies and manage client relationships.Provide legal guidance and advice to clients on a wide range of intellectual property issues. Requirements:Admission to a State Bar is required.Strong academic background in law and undergraduate studies.Preferred undergraduate degree in Biology, Chemistry, Materials Science, Genetics, Biochemistry, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering.3-5 years of experience in intellectual property matters, specifically in patent and/or trade secret litigation.Demonstrated strong work ethic, leadership skills, and willingness to take on increased responsibility.Exceptional research and analytical skills.Excellent oral and written communication abilities.Comprehensive understanding of legal and business principles relevant to intellectual property cases. Education/Certifications:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to a State Bar. Skills:Proven experience in intellectual property litigation.Proficiency in legal research and writing.Strong analytical capabilities.Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
